Qualification required: 10+3/ College diploma /per old curriculum OR Level III Certification per the new curriculum in Food preparation/Foreign Dish Cooking/ Ethiopian Cultural Food Preparation/ *Confectionery, Baking and Pastry Making from a recognized catering institute and two years’ work experience on similar position at a big scale catering production unit or 4/5 star Hotel.
OR
Minimum of three years’ experience as Cook III
N.B. 1. Computer literacy and Supervisory skills are desirable
2. * Applicable only for Pastry and bakery cooking.
