Job Description
LeDiamant Bar and Restaurant plc is a newly created company, which will offer Five Star French specialized Restaurant and VIP Lounge services in Addis Ababa.
The company objectives, run by Senior French Executives with 20 to 40 years experience in Hospitality and Customer Services all around the world, are to offer all the range of French food and delicatessen products, in a cosy space, with High class Customer Services international standards. Our clients will enjoy unique and surprising experiences in a different environment and atmosphere.
LeDiamant is currently looking for highly motivated and eager to learn individuals to join the company in this exciting experience. Role and responsibilities, under Senior French Chef Executive, from kitchen commis to Sous-Chef
  • To produce French specialized food within the kitchen team of the restaurant
  • To be active team member in the different roles within the kitchen:
    • Sous Chef
    • Chef de partie
    • Demi Chef de partie
    • Commis de cuisine
    • Kitchen helper
    • Pastry supersivor and assistant
    • Bakery supervisor and assistant
    • Dishwasher and cleaner
  • To learn and respect international Hygiene and Security policy within the kitchen environment
Job Requirements
Skills
  • TVET graduate level
  • Good level of English
  • Ideally experienced in International kitchen environment
  • Highly motivated and result driven individuals requested
