Job Description
Job Description:
  •  Participates in sales trip and special prospects with other members of sales team,
  • Works on trade associations, clubs and organizations, local associations and weeding through newspaper, directors and from past business files,
  • Follow ups and trace all meeting and food functions,
  • Sales of menu in conjunctions with the chef, food and beverage and Director of Sales or Sales manager respectively,
  • Maintains all sales administration system,
  • Prepares a weekly report that highlights actions covered during that period include feedback on market trends and future sales activity,
  • Complete an activity report by set date,
  • Operate within budgeted guidelines of the DOSM,
  • Attends sales meeting and morning briefing as required,
  • Communicates all new promotions and charges in the hotel’s facilities, services or rates to clients on sales calls,
  • Attends all sales functions, events and also attend client’s organized events.
  • Compliances with the Hotel Policies and Procedures.
  •  Perform other duties assigned by the Department Heads.
Job Requirements
Qualification:
  • Degree in Marketing/Marketing and Sales/ Business Management from accredited College/university. 
Work Experience:
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in same position. Have good Communication Skills, Hospitality Industry work experience is preferable
